We recently had an LOTR Marathon — screening the the extended editions of all three movies, back to back to back. It really was an experience — it’s amazing the commitment and the endurance it takes just to sit on one place, passively, for almost 12 hours!
One thing that I did not want to do was have anyone uncomfortable or with a bad view during the movies… I have a hard enough time sitting still for one film if I’m uncomfortable, let alone the equivalent of 5-8 “normal” movies!
