I have done 28 runs for a total of 90 miles. My last run was:
5/14/08 9:05 AM 3.55 mi 42'02".
My goal is to run 500 miles in 2008.
I've got 125 days left and I've run 81.5 miles toward the goal, or 16.30%.
I need to pick up the pace, I'm behind! Give me a hard time, please.
I've been maintaining a rate of 0.34 miles/day. To meet the goal I need to run 3.33 miles/day.
